The West Side Cubs Alumni Association (WSCAA) was established to preserve, celebrate, and carry forward the legacy of the West Side Cubs and the generations of young people whose lives have been shaped by the organization.

Since 1957, the West Side Cubs have been more than a youth football program. They have been a source of opportunity, discipline, education, teamwork, leadership, and community for young people on Detroit's west side. The lessons learned through the Cubs have continued to influence former players, cheerleaders, coaches, volunteers, and supporters throughout their lives.

The Alumni Association brings those generations together.

Through alumni engagement, recognition programs, community involvement, fundraising, and support of youth activities, the WSCAA works to strengthen the connection between the West Side Cubs' proud past and its promising future.

We proudly recognize alumni who have distinguished themselves through athletic achievement, educational excellence, professional success, military service, leadership, and service to others. Their accomplishments reflect the values instilled through the West Side Cubs and demonstrate the lasting impact of the organization.
